Key Account Specialist

About the Role

Samara is seeking a Key Account Specialist to provide operational and administrative support for corporate rental and chauffeur drive services. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of client requests and efficient coordination with internal teams. The role plays a key part in maintaining service quality and client satisfaction for key accounts.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support corporate clients by managing their rental and chauffeur service needs. The specialist will ensure that all requests are handled efficiently, contributing directly to client satisfaction and the overall quality of service delivery for key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day requests from corporate clients for rentals and chauffeur services.
• Coordinate national bookings, deliveries, and customer follow-up with the rental car team (Cash to Cash and Credit).
• Ensure service standards are met and client satisfaction is maintained.
• Liaise with operations and dispatch teams to facilitate service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Sixt fleet solutions to clients.
• Track account performance and report findings to Sales Management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
• Demonstrated ability to provide operational and administrative support.
• Experience in client request management and coordination.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working closely with internal teams, including operations, dispatch, and sales management, to ensure seamless service delivery for corporate clients.
