About the Role

Ninja is seeking a Last Mile Cost Controller to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for managing the financial performance of Last Mile operations, focusing on cost control, financial accuracy, and supporting strategic financial planning within the company.

Role Summary

The Last Mile Cost Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial health of Last Mile operations. This involves diligent monitoring of costs, ensuring the accuracy of financial data, and actively contributing to budgeting and forecasting processes. The role aims to provide critical financial insights that drive operational efficiency and enhance overall profitability for Ninja's Last Mile services.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Last Mile operational costs and adherence to established budgets.
• Review and validate payments to suppliers, contractors, and delivery partners.
• Conduct detailed cost analysis to identify and realize savings opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive financial and operational performance reports.
• Perform budget variance analysis and investigate any identified discrepancies.
• Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure data accuracy.
• Support month-end closing procedures, as well as budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Develop and maintain financial dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Collaborate with Operations teams to enhance cost efficiency and strengthen financial controls.
• Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in cost control, financial analysis, or a similar financial role, preferably within logistics or Last Mile operations.
• Proficiency in developing dashboards and performing data analysis using Power BI and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and financial discrepancies.
• Understanding of financial policies and compliance requirements.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a dedicated presence to effectively manage and monitor Last Mile financial operations.
