Noon Academy is seeking a Learning Experience Manager - Sciences National Track to shape the learning experience for thousands of students daily. This full-time position, located in Riyadh, is an academic role focused on curriculum development, quality assurance, and teacher coaching within Noon's innovative hybrid classroom model. The role is central to ensuring academic quality and effectiveness for science subjects on the National track.

The company is currently focused on reinventing schools in Saudi Arabia, operating hybrid classrooms where a remote star teacher leads sessions, students learn together in a physical classroom, and an in-room facilitator supports the environment. This role is crucial for maintaining the academic quality and effectiveness of this unique teaching model across science subjects.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role are primarily divided across curriculum planning, teacher coaching, and direct lesson delivery, ensuring academic excellence in the National track sciences for Middle School and High School.

• Curriculum & Term Planning (50%): Collaborate with the design team to define curriculum, including topics, weighting, and overall term/year plans. Review and approve final lessons built in the system, serving as the last academic gate before student access.
• Coaching Delivery Teachers (30%): Provide coaching to teachers on content delivery, managing hybrid classrooms, and engaging students effectively through a screen. Offer observation, feedback, and follow-up to enhance teaching practices.
• Delivering Lessons (20%): Personally teach sessions to maintain connection with content, observe its practical impact, and gather direct student feedback.
• Own the academic quality of the science curriculum for Middle School and High School on the National track, including topic sequencing, depth, and alignment with assessments.
• Sign off on term and year plans developed in partnership with Design Leads.
• Coach and develop the delivery teaching bench for assigned subjects, in collaboration with the Learning Excellence team.
• Analyze assessment data (Diagnostics, Exit Tickets, End-of-Chapter results, Learning Gain) to inform future curriculum changes.
• Serve as the academic voice in cross-functional discussions with Design, Learning Excellence, Product, and Data teams.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in science education and a proven ability to lead academic quality within a dynamic learning environment.

• A decade or more of direct teaching experience, specifically as a Head Teacher for National track sciences.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching other teachers.
• A strong understanding of effective content delivery within a hybrid digital learning environment.
