Learning Specialist AMZL Transportation Field L&D

About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is expanding its Learning team within Amazon Operations and is seeking a Learning Specialist for the AMZL Transportation Field L&D group. This full-time role is based in Riyadh and focuses on enhancing the long-term capabilities of operations areas by working with Operations Managers, Area Managers, and associates.

Role Overview

The Learning Specialist is responsible for improving operational metrics related to Safety, Quality, and Productivity through the application of learning tools. This involves developing and maintaining methods, checklists, and skill-building agreements to foster associate development, and supporting the execution of training plans during both peak and non-peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all standard trainer tasks as outlined in the Trainer Standard Work Checklist.
• Deliver network standard technical training.
• Partner with Operations Leaders to evaluate and improve training processes within work areas.
• Directly coach associates to enhance job performance.
• Manage training compliance to ensure accurate training records are maintained.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction in group settings and one-on-one discussions, and the ability to provide and receive feedback constructively.
