The Role: Leasing Manager Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join our team. This full-time role is central to our operations, focusing on developing and executing leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income across our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies aimed at maximizing property occupancy and rental income.
• Oversee and lead all leasing operations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties within the portfolio.
• Negotiate new lease agreements and manage renewals, ensuring strong and lasting relationships with tenants.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform and refine competitive leasing strategies.
• Collaborate effectively with property management and marketing teams to align efforts and achieve overarching business objectives.
• Monitor leasing performance metrics and prepare detailed periodic reports for senior management review.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a closely related academic field.
• A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in leasing and the broader real estate sector.
• Mandatory prior experience gained within Property Management companies or Real Estate Development companies.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of leasing regulations, current market trends, and established property management practices.
• Demonstrated excellent negotiation, communication, and tenant relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to effectively lead teams and consistently achieve defined leasing targets.
