Lifestyle Bartender

About the Role

W Hotels is seeking a Lifestyle Bartender to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on creating memorable and unique guest experiences beyond standard beverage service. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience and a passion for guest service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and serve beverages while ensuring a memorable and unique guest experience.
• Stay informed about new trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest needs in the beverage industry.
• Act as a host for the bar space, taking ownership of broader guest service.
• Maintain the bar's appearance and functionality to a high standard.
• Build relationships with colleagues across the hotel and within the community to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and information provided to guests.
• Maintain the quality of all drinks prepared and served.

• Contribute to creating a safe workplace environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure professional uniform and personal appearance at all times.

Physical Requirements

This role requires physical activity including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods. Bartenders will engage in hands-on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance. The position also involves reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
