About the Role

Talents Hub is seeking a Luxury Fashion Leader to serve as a Sales Director & Showroom Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires over 10 years of experience and focuses on driving business growth and overseeing daily operations for a luxury fashion showroom that features a portfolio of international brands. The position combines strategic commercial leadership with operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the overall sales strategy to achieve commercial objectives for the showroom and brand portfolio.
Identify opportunities to expand market penetration, increase average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and customer retention.
Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, product selection, and inventory planning in collaboration with senior management.
Analyze sales performance across brands, collections, categories, and SKUs to optimize inventory.
Monitor luxury retail trends, market dynamics, and customer behaviors within Saudi Arabia.
Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring adherence to luxury service standards.
Implement visual merchandising guidelines from partner brands and maintain high presentation standards.
Manage stock levels, inventory control, store replenishment, and stock transfers.
Collaborate with marketing teams on VIP appointments, private shopping activations, product launches, and seasonal events.
Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients, private collectors, and high-net-worth individuals.
Establish structured client and CRM strategies to drive customer acquisition and database growth.
Handle high-level client inquiries professionally while protecting brand reputation.
Lead, coach, and inspire showroom management and sales personnel.
Set individual performance targets, define KPIs, and conduct regular reviews.
Ensure team mastery of brand heritage, product craftsmanship, and luxury service standards.

Candidate Requirements

Proven track record of leadership in luxury fashion or premium retail management.
Strong background in driving revenue growth and managing retail KPIs.
Extensive experience in VIP client development and high-end CRM execution within the GCC market.
In-depth knowledge of luxury retail operations, inventory management, visual merchandising, and CRM tools.
Strategic commercial mindset combined with attention to operational detail.
Proven team leadership capabilities with experience developing high-performing teams.
Established professional network within the luxury fashion segment.
Polished professional demeanor and commitment to high-touch client service.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess over 10 years of relevant experience in luxury fashion or premium retail. A strong background in driving revenue growth and managing retail KPIs is essential, along with extensive experience in VIP client development and high-end CRM execution, particularly within the GCC market.
