The Assistant Store Manager Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager Luxury Brand to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading a sales team to achieve targets while delivering an exceptional Guest Experience. The role also requires supporting the implementation of CRM, CX, and other key customer and people initiatives within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team towards achieving sales targets and ensuring exceptional Guest Experience.
• Nurture talent within the team through on-the-job coaching and stretch assignments, in coordination with the People Partner.
• Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture within the store.
• Oversee the store's day-to-day operations, including Visual Merchandising (VM), adherence to Retail Store Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and sales team scheduling.
• Offer support to store staff during in-store events and act as the key point of contact with the back-office team.
• Ensure click and collect services are conducted within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure customer data is properly captured by the team in adherence to marketing team requirements.
• Promote the MUSE loyalty program and ensure team knowledge about app offerings.
• Contribute to increasing the store's revenue target and driving sell-throughs.
• Support in-store Customer Experience (CX) initiatives and provide input on store performance.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in leadership roles within Fashion Retail or Luxury Retail.
• Demonstrated strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in styling and product knowledge.
• Proven business acumen, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
