About the Role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Manager - Commercial to lead the commercial strategy for the Home Care, Household, and Hardware (HHH) category. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and focuses on driving sales growth, profitability, and category development within the HHH product range. The role involves ensuring product availability, customer value, and an exceptional shopping experience across all stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the HHH category to achieve sales, margin, and growth objectives.
• Manage category assortment, pricing, promotions, and seasonal plans to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers to secure optimal product ranges and competitive commercial terms.
• Lead supplier negotiations, annual trading agreements, joint business plans, and promotional funding initiatives.
• Monitor category performance, including sales, gross margin, market share, stock availability, inventory turnover, and profitability.
• Drive assortment reviews and category optimization initiatives based on customer insights, market trends, and business needs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Replenishment, Operations, and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of category plans.
• Analyze competitor activities, emerging trends, and consumer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
• Introduce new products, develop innovative category solutions, and strengthen the overall customer value proposition.
• Ensure category plans align with business objectives, customer expectations, and market opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in commercial management, category development, or a similar role within the retail sector, particularly with experience in home care, household, or hardware products.
