About the Role

Lucid Motors is seeking a Manager, Network Operations to lead network planning, expansion, and operational excellence for its retail network across the Middle East. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of experience. The role ensures optimal market coverage through data-driven planning, supports scalable network expansion, and enforces compliance with Lucid's standards and operating models.

Network Planning and Expansion

The Manager, Network Operations will lead the planning and execution of Lucid’s Middle East network strategy, encompassing both Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) and Partner-led (Importer) models. This includes conducting regional network studies, market demand analysis, and capacity planning to define optimal retail and service footprints. The role also oversees partner selection, network setup activities, and ensures all new retail and service sites meet regulatory, brand, and operational requirements prior to activation.

Performance Management and Standards

This position is responsible for establishing and leading governance frameworks for network rollout, market activation, and ongoing operations. The Manager will own the definition, implementation, and oversight of Lucid’s standards to ensure consistent compliance with brand, commercial, and customer experience expectations. Key operational KPIs across sales, aftersales, and customer experience will be defined, monitored, and reviewed, with corrective actions taken as needed. Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial programs are deployed and optimized across the network is also a key responsibility.

Cross-Functional Coordination and Partner Management

The Manager will serve as the primary regional point of coordination between HQ, regional teams, and external partners on network expansion, commercialization, and operational initiatives. This includes leading go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for new markets and network expansions, ensuring end-to-end launch readiness. The role also involves guiding and supporting partners in building compliant, efficient, and customer-centric sales and service operations aligned with Lucid’s operating model and long-term network strategy.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive network development, network operations, retail operations, or related fields.
  • Proven experience working with or within automotive dealership groups, distributors, or importer-led markets is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing or supporting multi-market network expansion and go-to-market activities, ideally across both direct and partner-led business models.
  • Solid understanding of automotive retail and aftersales operations, including customer journey, service capacity, and performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional, international environment, preferably within the Middle East or similar growth markets.

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a dynamic, international environment, requiring collaboration with various internal teams and external partners across the Middle East region.
