About Bayut KSA

Bayut KSA, the leading property portal in the Kingdom and part of Dubizzle Group, is seeking a Manager, Sales Development. This full-time leadership position is based in Riyadh and is central to driving sales operations and strategic relationships within the real estate sector.

Role Overview

The Manager, Sales Development will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, cultivating relationships with real estate developers, and implementing end-to-end customer solutions. The role requires a strategic approach to sales enablement, project management, and mortgage advisory, supported by strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize sales operations to support business growth and enhance conversion rates.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with real estate developers, ensuring effective collaboration and business alignment.
  • Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to provide mortgage and financing solutions for clients.
  • Ensure robust stakeholder management across all departments, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and other support functions.
  • Oversee product management and coordinate with the Tech department for the development and improvement of CRM and other products.
  • Apply a deep understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Manage project efforts throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring timely execution of strategies and achievement of sales targets.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), market trends, and performance analytics to senior leadership.
  • Develop sales strategies based on data analysis to increase revenue.
  • Conduct analysis of the sales team and developers to share insights with stakeholders and define future business improvements.
  • Research competition and share insights to inform company structure and operational improvements.
  • Mentor and manage cross-functional teams to ensure high performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer experience strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Proven track record in real estate sales enablement, project management, and mortgage advisory.
  • Strong understanding of partner/channel sales models and client service dynamics.
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities.
  • Highly presentable individual with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
