We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh.
The Role of Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and cultivating strong client relationships. This full-time position involves representing the company at various events, showcasing products and services, and establishing a robust market presence to attract potential clients and partners within the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals, conducting regular training sessions to enhance skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the significance of properties to potential investors.
- Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate the sales team's performance.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and market opportunities.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and customer preferences, utilizing research to refine sales strategies.
- Personally manage key client accounts and navigate complex negotiations.
- Assist the team in negotiating and successfully closing high-value real estate transactions.
Required Experience
Candidates for this full-time position should possess 2-5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field. The role requires proven leadership capabilities, strategic planning skills, and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives and manage client portfolios effectively.
