We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh.

The Role of Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, leading a high-performing team, and cultivating strong client relationships. This full-time position involves representing the company at various events, showcasing products and services, and establishing a robust market presence to attract potential clients and partners within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals, conducting regular training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the significance of properties to potential investors.
  • Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor and evaluate the sales team's performance.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, challenges, and market opportunities.
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and customer preferences, utilizing research to refine sales strategies.
  • Personally manage key client accounts and navigate complex negotiations.
  • Assist the team in negotiating and successfully closing high-value real estate transactions.

Required Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 2-5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within the real estate industry or a related field. The role requires proven leadership capabilities, strategic planning skills, and a demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives and manage client portfolios effectively.
