Role Overview

The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage sales teams, and develop effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. This role involves direct customer engagement, contract negotiation, and cross-departmental collaboration to foster business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities and performance.
• Lead and develop sales teams to meet objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies.
• Achieve and exceed established sales targets.
• Engage directly with customers to build relationships and close deals.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the real estate sector is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Essential Skills

• Proven skills in Sales Management, Team Management, and Strategic Planning.
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
