About the Role

KOFISI Africa - Centres of Productivity is seeking a Sales Manager for its Riyadh centre. This full-time, remote position is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth across the KOFISI Riyadh centre. Reporting to the VP Commercial, the role manages the full sales cycle, from lead generation and broker relationship management through to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure, while also leading and developing the local sales team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed occupancy targets for the KOFISI Riyadh centre.
  • Develop and implement a commercial sales plan aligned with KOFISI Gulf / KSA growth targets.
  • Monitor sales ratios, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity, adjusting tactics to meet targets.
  • Assist the sales team in closing prospective deals, including attending client meetings and leading final negotiations.
  • Identify, research, and approach traditional occupiers and international companies expanding in KSA, positioning KOFISI as the preferred flexible workspace solution.
  • Generate qualified leads through collaboration with the marketing team, industry events, and direct outreach.
  • Lead and close high-value commercial negotiations, representing KOFISI at the decision-making level.
  • Ensure all proposals and presentations are compelling, accurate, and tailored to client needs.
  • Support client account management meetings for key accounts to maintain relationships and protect existing occupancy.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for KOFISI in all external interactions.

Sales Team Leadership

  • Lead, develop, and motivate the Riyadh sales team to operate at the highest standard of commercial performance.
  • Drive the agreed sales training program across all levels of the team, introducing new initiatives as needed.
  • Mentor and coach team members on the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal through to negotiation and close.
  • Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for each team member, reviewing progress regularly and ensuring accountability.
  • Ensure all team members are well-versed in KOFISI products, pricing, competitive positioning, and current Riyadh market conditions.

Broker Network and Market Engagement

  • Build and manage a broker network across Riyadh’s commercial real estate market, including local KSA brokers, international firms, and consultants.
  • Act as KOFISI’s primary commercial point of contact for broker partners in Riyadh, ensuring they are well-briefed on product, pricing, and availability.
  • Attend broker events, briefings, and industry forums in Riyadh to maintain visibility and position KOFISI as the preferred flexible workspace partner.
  • Track broker-sourced pipeline separately, measure contribution to overall occupancy, and report performance.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of how flexible workspaces fit within the broader property and leasing ecosystem in the Riyadh market.
  • Analyze sales data and market intelligence to identify trends, surface risks, and propose adjustments to the commercial strategy.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Strong track record in B2B sales.
  • Understanding of the Gulf / KSA workspace and property ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated relationship skills to build and manage a broker network that consistently generates qualified opportunities.
  • Proactive, commercially driven, confident, and self-directed approach.

Reporting and Work Environment

This is a remote position reporting to the VP Commercial. The role requires willingness to travel wherever key commercial decisions are being made, including markets such as Dubai, London, or an occupier’s global headquarters. The Sales Manager will present monthly reports detailing the sales team’s pipeline, conversion performance, and progress against occupancy goals. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records across all active prospects, deals in progress, broker accounts, and closed business is essential.
