About the Role

IC İctas İnşaat, a global company with over 50 years of experience in diverse projects, is seeking a Contract Manager for its road and infrastructure project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with extensive experience in contract administration and compliance within large-scale infrastructure development.

Role Overview

The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing all contractual aspects of the project. This includes managing relationships with the Employer, ensuring adherence to all contractual obligations, and maintaining clear communication channels to address any contractual issues. The role is critical in ensuring the project's contractual framework supports its successful execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contractual relationship with the Employer, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and maintaining open lines of communication.
• Develop and manage contracts for the roads and bridges project, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide contract-related guidance aligned with project goals.
• Negotiate contract terms with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable conditions and mitigate risks.
• Monitor contract performance throughout project execution, addressing non-compliance issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of all contract-related activities.
• Conduct regular contract reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Resolve disputes and claims efficiently using conflict resolution skills.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• Over 20 years of experience in contract management within large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience specifically as a Contract Manager handling complex infrastructure works.

Skills and Requirements

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Arabic proficiency is considered a plus.
