Marketing Manager – KSA

Location: Saudi Arabia, Riyadh
Reporting to: Head of Operations

About BOUNCE

BOUNCE is an energetic, fast-growing entertainment brand built around movement, self-expression, progression and human connection.

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager in KSA to lead our local marketing efforts and help grow the BOUNCE brand across Saudi Arabia.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the Saudi consumer, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys turning ideas into impactful campaigns, activations and experiences that deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Own and grow BOUNCE KSA’s organic social media presence across TikTok, Instagram and Snapchat.
Develop and execute local marketing campaigns from concept and planning through to execution and performance measurement.
Plan and deliver events, activations and on-ground marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and footfall.
Identify and manage influencer and creator partnerships, including outreach, collaborations, visits and performance tracking.
Identify and develop local brand partnerships and community activations.
Adapt regional and global campaigns to suit the Saudi market, culture, seasons and local occasions.
Work closely with venue and commercial teams to identify opportunities that drive footfall, bookings, revenue and customer growth.
Support local customer engagement initiatives across WhatsApp, email and other owned channels.
Manage local suppliers, agencies, photographers and marketing partners as required.
Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing clear insights and recommendations based on KPIs and ROI.
Act as the key marketing link between KSA venues and regional/HQ teams, ensuring strong communication and execution.

Requirements & Experience

7–10+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within a consumer-facing brand.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and local consumer behaviour.
Proven experience managing and executing B2C marketing campaigns end-to-end.
Demonstrable experience delivering measurable commercial results such as footfall, bookings, revenue, leads or customer growth.
Hands-on experience with social media, influencers, events, activations and partnerships.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to understand, track and communicate KPIs, performance and ROI.
Experience within entertainment, F&B, hospitality, fitness, retail, malls, lifestyle or other consumer-facing sectors is highly desirable.
Fluent in Arabic and English, with a strong understanding of Saudi culture and local market nuances.
Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, creative and highly hands-on, with the ability to take ownership and get things done in a fast-moving environment.
