About JeelPay and the Opportunity

JeelPay is seeking a Marketing Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to leading and developing the company's marketing strategy, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting business growth. The Marketing Director will be responsible for increasing market share through strategic planning, execution, and supervision of marketing initiatives and campaigns, while continuously measuring results to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and develop operational marketing plans and strategies in alignment with company objectives and strategic plans.
Manage the annual marketing budget, monitor spending, and measure return on investment for campaigns.
Lead and manage the marketing team, setting goals, monitoring performance, and developing team competencies.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to provide informed marketing recommendations and initiatives.
Develop and implement initiatives focused on increasing market share and enhancing brand reach.
Supervise the preparation and execution of marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels, monitoring results against defined objectives.
Prepare periodic reports on marketing campaign performance and submit recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure integration of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Manage relationships and negotiate with marketing agencies and external service providers, overseeing work quality.
Supervise the company's presence and management on digital platforms and social media to enhance corporate identity and customer interaction.
Oversee the preparation of marketing content and communication plans for social media, ensuring consistency with company identity.
Manage and direct the design and production of marketing and promotional materials, including websites, brochures, and presentations.
Supervise the company's participation in relevant exhibitions, conferences, and events, in coordination with concerned departments.
Develop the company's identity and brand, ensuring consistent use across all channels and materials.
Monitor key performance indicators for marketing management and take corrective actions to improve results.
Promote the use of technical tools and platforms in marketing management to automate processes and raise operational efficiency.
Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to marketing and advertising activities.
Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by direct management within the scope of work.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing leadership or a related field.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and measure return on investment for marketing initiatives.
Experience in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.

Required Skills

Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities for market and competitor analysis.
Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
