Role Overview

Al Omar Holding is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to lead marketing initiatives for its real estate projects in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on enhancing the company's market presence and generating leads through both digital and offline channels. The Marketing Supervisor will lead a team, collaborate with sales and external partners, and optimize campaigns to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the marketing team, overseeing both digital and offline activities.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for real estate projects, including launches and off-plan developments.
• Manage social media, performance marketing, and lead generation strategies.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align campaigns with inventory and sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners.
• Track, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) such as leads, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion rates to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Required Experience

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a relevant marketing role, preferably within the real estate sector.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province.
