The Role: Marketplace Coordination

The Marketplace Coordination professional will be responsible for supporting the management and execution of various marketplace activities. This full-time position involves coordinating marketing awards, customer happiness initiatives, and contributing to process development, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketplace meetings and coordinate activities across various internal teams.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of all action items.
• Manage and execute marketing awards, ensuring accurate and timely implementation.
• Coordinate customer happiness initiatives and ensure all requirements are completed on time.
• Prepare and coordinate required materials, timelines, and operational activities for marketplace initiatives.
• Develop, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes for marketplace operations.
• Monitor the execution of processes and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketplace operations and processes.
• Support cross-functional teams in the smooth execution of marketplace initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience

• 0-1 years of professional experience, ideally in a coordination or support role.
• Demonstrated strong coordination skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Proven time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work effectively and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Location
