Role Overview

As an ME HR Services Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, efficient, and employee-centric HR Services across the UAE and KSA. This full-time position, based in Riyadh, involves supporting the end-to-end execution of core HR processes, providing daily functional guidance to the HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC) team, and collaborating with regional stakeholders to ensure a seamless employee experience. The role also contributes to the continuous improvement of HR service delivery through process simplification, standardization, digitization, and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across the UAE and KSA, including welcome calls, documentation, system setup, query resolution for new hires, and ensuring compliant exits.
• Monitor and manage permit expiry dates and renewals, such as labor cards and exit/re-entry permits, coordinating with government relations agencies and outsourced providers to maintain current and compliant documentation.
• Administer employee enrollment, contributions, and reconciliation for applicable pension and social insurance schemes, ensuring accurate records and timely compliance with statutory requirements.
• Serve as the daily point of contact for the HR Shared Services Center team, reviewing the quality and turnaround of transactional HR support, providing guidance, and ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and BCG standards.
• Provide end-to-end HR Services support throughout the employee lifecycle, including query management, data management, transfers, letter generation, and record-keeping, while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Coordinate with People functions, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and customer-focused resolution of HR matters.
• Prepare reports, track operational metrics, and support audits and internal controls to contribute to data-driven decision-making within the HR Services function.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR Services processes, supporting the design, testing, and implementation of workflow improvements and digital solutions.
• Identify gaps in HR Services processes across UAE and KSA and propose practical solutions, collaborating with the ME HR Services Manager to drive high-quality operations.

Work Environment and Team Collaboration

You will be part of the Middle East HR Services team, supporting employees and stakeholders across the UAE, KSA, and Qatar. This role involves close partnership with the HR Shared Services Center team based in New Delhi. Reporting to the ME HR Services Manager, you will collaborate with local HR colleagues in Dubai, Riyadh, and Doha, regional leadership, and external partners, including visa agencies and government relations providers. The focus is on delivering efficient, employee-centric HR services and contributing to continuous improvement and automation initiatives across the region.
