HR Business Partner

About the Role

Apparel Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team in Dammam, Eastern region. This full-time position is responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of HRMS software across the organization, ensuring its configuration and customization align with business requirements. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

HRMS Implementation and Support

The primary focus of this role is to manage and enhance the HRMS system. This involves providing comprehensive support, resolving issues, and ensuring the system's functionality meets operational needs. The HR Business Partner will also contribute to system upgrades and new module implementations.

• Provide support for HRMS, including researching and resolving problems, unexpected results, and process flows.
• Perform scheduled activities and explore alternate methods to meet requirements.
• Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HRMS upgrades or patches.
• Conduct root cause analysis, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making for HRMS-related issues.
• Support HRMS system upgrades and the implementation of new module functionality.
• Prepare effective technical documentation, including investigation reports and design documents.

Process Management and Data Integrity

This role ensures adherence to defined project processes, including system administration, and maintains the accuracy and integrity of HR data. Collaboration with various departments is essential to align HRMS functions with broader organizational goals.

• Follow all processes defined in the project, including system administration.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of employee and organization information through periodic reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with other HRMS users, such as Payroll, Accounting, and Projects departments.
• Collaborate with the Human Capital Department to plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate HR organization, functions, and annual goals.

Additional Responsibilities

Beyond core HRMS duties, the HR Business Partner will contribute to knowledge sharing, team development, and report generation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for the team and company-wide.
• Encourage team members to participate in training for the benefit of system functioning.
• Deliver required reports and HRMS documents.
• Perform all tasks and job functions in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
