About the Role

HRsource is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a client's team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, focusing on driving people initiatives that support organizational growth and performance. The position requires an Arabic speaker with strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and department heads to align HR strategy with business objectives.
Lead the end-to-end performance review cycle, including goal-setting, mid-year and annual appraisals, and calibration sessions.
Drive workforce planning initiatives, including headcount forecasting, organizational design, and succession planning.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and grievance resolution in line with local labor law.
Support talent management processes, including identifying high-potential employees and developing retention strategies.
Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting insights to leadership.
Collaborate with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams to ensure a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle.
Support change management initiatives, restructuring, and organizational transformation projects as needed.
Ensure compliance with local labor law and company policies across all HR practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role.
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory, alongside strong English communication skills.
Proven experience managing performance review cycles and workforce planning processes.
Solid understanding of local labor law and HR compliance requirements.

Work Environment
