The Diesel Mechanical Engineer's Focus

The successful candidate will play a critical role in the diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of complex diesel systems. This involves applying in-depth knowledge of fuel injection technologies to ensure optimal engine performance and reliability. Core Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults within diesel engines and fuel injection systems.
• Inspect, repair, calibrate, and test diesel fuel injectors, pumps, and associated components.
• Operate diesel testing and calibration equipment in strict adherence to manufacturer specifications.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and propose appropriate repair solutions.
• Ensure all repair work consistently meets established quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical expertise to support overall workshop operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with the service team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience in diesel engine diagnostics and fuel injection systems.

Key Skills and Knowledge

• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as an integral part of a team.
• Good communication skills for technical reporting and team interaction.
• Knowledge of common diesel systems, such as Bosch, Denso, Delphi, and similar technologies, is preferred.
