About the Role

Fisher Human Resource Consultancy is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor specializing in Air-Cooled Chillers, District/Temporary Cooling Plants, and Operations & Maintenance (O&M). This full-time role is based in Riyadh and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, preventive and breakdown maintenance, routine inspections, and ensure the reliable running of temporary and permanent cooling installations across key projects in Saudi Arabia.

Role Overview

The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for leading and managing all mechanical aspects of cooling systems, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards. This position involves direct supervision of maintenance activities and technical teams on site, focusing on critical cooling infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and preventive maintenance (PM) programs for temporary cooling plants, air-cooled chillers, chilled water pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and heat exchangers.
• Monitor system performance, pressure differentials, fluid temperatures, and refrigerant levels to ensure optimal energy efficiency and cooling output.
• Perform root-cause analysis and execute corrective actions for mechanical failures, compressor trips, pipe leaks, and control valve malfunctions.
• Plan, execute, and document scheduled weekly/monthly servicing routines, including coil cleaning, oil/filter replacement, and electrical checkups.
• Supervise on-site technicians and mechanics, ensuring strict adherence to work permits (PTW), HSE guidelines, and client safety standards.
• Maintain accurate daily operational logs, maintenance records, equipment health reports, and spare parts inventory.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, with a focus on Air-Cooled Chillers, District/Temporary Cooling Plants, and O&M.
• Demonstrated expertise in the operation and maintenance of various cooling system components.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues efficiently.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involving on-site supervision of cooling installations across various projects.
