MCG Talent is seeking a Media Consultancy Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site position is integral to leading strategic client partnerships and driving media and digital performance.

Role Overview

The Media Consultancy Manager will be responsible for overseeing client relationships, developing and mentoring a team, and taking ownership of media and digital strategy across assigned accounts. This includes comprehensive performance management and optimisation initiatives to ensure strategic objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage senior client relationships and serve as the lead strategic partner for accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and coach team members to foster high performance and professional development.
• Review media and digital campaign performance to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
• Develop comprehensive media and digital strategies, encompassing planning, optimisation, and performance enhancement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay current with the evolving media and digital landscape, including tools, platforms, and data trends.
• Make confident, commercially sound decisions to achieve agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in media planning and digital, gained within a leading media or digital agency.
• Proven hands-on experience in managing and optimising media and digital campaigns.

• Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.

Work Setting
