Bupa Arabia is seeking a skilled and motivated Physiotherapy Specialist to join the Home Health Care and Corporate Health Centers team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves delivering general and specialized physiotherapy services to patients within their homes, contributing to their overall well-being and functional independence.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this position is to assess, plan, treat, and manage the physical health needs of patients in a home care setting. The specialist will enable patients to achieve optimal mobility, function, quality of life, and recovery from physical injuries, illnesses, post-surgical conditions, or disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose physical limitations, impairments, and functional abilities of patients.
• Treatment Planning and Implementation: Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient needs, collaborating with the multidisciplinary team. Administer physiotherapy techniques, exercises, and interventions to improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Rehabilitation Support and Progress Monitoring: Provide ongoing rehabilitation support, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes. Communicate updates and modifications to treatment plans with patients and their families.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, self-management techniques, and preventive measures, providing clear instructions to support their recovery process.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans and progress notes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies regarding documentation.
• Professional Development: Stay informed about advancements in physiotherapy techniques, research, and technology. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
