About the Role

EY-Parthenon is seeking an experienced Mergers & Acquisitions Senior to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience in M&A Strategy & Transactions. The Senior will collaborate with Senior Managers and Partners to support clients in evaluating the strategic fit of businesses, analyzing transaction aspects, assessing projected synergies, managing the deal cycle, assisting in negotiations, and performing financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of transactions across the client portfolio.
• Prepare client reports and essential documentation for fund-raising, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Adhere to transaction timetables and ensure the quality of client deliverables.
• Engage with counterparties and other advisors to meet transaction milestones.
• Understand key business drivers, identify, and manage issues and risks through insights, factual conclusions, and advice.
• Collaborate with junior colleagues, share knowledge, and contribute to team development.
