About the MI Reporting Management Officer

SAB is seeking an MI Reporting Management Officer to join its Finance department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to providing specialized expertise and support in management information (MI) reporting, contributing to robust financial frameworks and data-driven insights.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide Basel Subject Matter Expert (SME) support to the Performance and Capital Management Team.
• Engage end-to-end with the SAS system, specifically for SAS Regulatory Risk Management and SAS Asset and Liability Management.
• Support the Q17 Process, including Capital, Credit, and Operational Risk RWAs, and Pillar 3 Disclosures (Annual, Semi-annual, and Quarterly Relevant capital dashboards).
• Ensure process notes and Data Information Models (DIMs) are completed accurately and on time.

Process Evaluation and Solution Development

• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement SAS solutions.
• Support ongoing reviews of business process gaps.
• Support in ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements, escalating issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

Reporting and Analytical Duties

• Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
• Support in preparing technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct insightful and ad-hoc analyses to investigate ongoing operational issues.

Experience Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a strong background in management information reporting or financial analysis.

This role is a full-time position within the Finance department at SAB, located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
