About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a Mobile Developer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on the comprehensive design, development, and maintenance of high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The role requires a commitment to delivering robust and user-centric solutions within a dynamic environment.

Position Summary

As a Mobile Developer, you will be instrumental in building and enhancing scalable mobile applications. This involves working across the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment and ongoing support. The position demands a proactive approach to optimizing application performance and ensuring security and reliability for end-users.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
Integrate various APIs, third-party SDKs, and cloud services to enhance application functionality.
Optimize application performance, security, and reliability through continuous testing and refinement.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, throughout the entire software development lifecycle.
Manage the publication and ongoing maintenance of applications on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience in mobile application development. This foundational experience should demonstrate practical skills in developing applications for either Android or iOS, or both, and an understanding of core mobile development principles.
