Mobile Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Apex Tech is seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join the Facilities Management – Operations & Maintenance department in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and involves performing diverse maintenance tasks in accordance with Apex Tech SOPs, client requirements, and Saudi Civil Defense, SASO, traffic, and HSE safety standards. The salary for this position is SAR 3,000, including housing and transportation allowances.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical service and repair, including lighting installation, switch/socket replacement, AC/heater heat plate installation, and ventilation fan installation. Identify electrical faults, perform corrective work, and escalate complex issues.
• Diagnose and execute common plumbing works such as blockage removal, flush-tank installation/repair, toilet seat replacement, tap installation/repair, and leakage repair for various fixtures and appliances.
• Conduct HVAC service activities, including deep cleaning, basic servicing, filter maintenance for split/window AC units, and minor corrective works such as Freon refills and unit relocation/installation/uninstallation.
• Carry out general civil works and building maintenance, including carpentry, handyman tasks (*, mirror/shelf installation, furniture assembly/repair), and minor painting touch-ups.
• Manage mobile work orders and customer interactions, review service requirements, organize work efficiently, and travel between assigned locations. Communicate professionally with customers, explain work performed, and obtain completion confirmations.
• Handle tools, equipment, and materials responsibly, ensuring proper use, maintenance, and timely reporting of damaged or missing items. Manage spare parts and consumables effectively.
• Adhere to all Apex Tech HSE procedures, client safety requirements, Saudi traffic regulations, and Permit to Work requirements. Maintain professional conduct, protect customer property, and report any safety hazards or service quality issues immediately.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in multi-skilled maintenance.
• Demonstrated competency in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in general civil works, carpentry, and furniture assembly/repair.
• Ability to use appropriate testing instruments and maintain safe working practices.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Apex Tech SOPs and relevant Saudi safety standards (Civil Defense, SASO, traffic, HSE).

Work Environment

This role operates within a mobile field environment, requiring travel between customer locations in Riyadh. The technician will work independently while coordinating with a supervisor for complex issues, access, or material requirements. The position offers opportunities to develop practical multi-skilled maintenance and customer-service experience.

Compensation

The compensation for this full-time position is SAR 3,000 per month, which includes housing and transportation allowances.
