About the Role

Ons Real Estate is seeking a Multimedia Designer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position within the real estate development sector, focusing on graphic design and video editing to support the company's visual communication needs.

Responsibilities

• Design social media content and digital advertisements.
• Edit and produce short videos for real estate projects.
• Manage the company's visual identity and ensure consistent application.
• Design company profiles and presentation materials.
• Create designs for print materials and outdoor billboards for projects.
• Archive and organize design and visual files.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Currently residing in Riyadh.
• Previous experience in the real estate sector.
• Proficiency in Adobe design and editing software.
• Submission of a recent portfolio of work is required.

Required Software Proficiency

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the following graphic design and video production software:

• Graphic Design Programs:
  • Adobe Photoshop: For designing social media content, digital ads, and image processing.
  • Adobe Illustrator: For designing visual identities, logos, banners, and outdoor signage.
  • Adobe InDesign: For designing company profiles, presentations, and print materials.
• Video Editing and Production Programs:
  • Adobe Premiere Pro: For professional editing and production of field videos and real estate project coverage.
  • Adobe After Effects: For motion graphics, element animation, and visual effects.
  • DaVinci Resolve: For advanced editing and cinematic color correction.
  • CapCut Pro: For producing and editing quick short videos for social media platforms (Reels & TikToks).

Compensation

The monthly salary for this position ranges from 4,000 to 5,000 Saudi Riyals.
