About QAID and the Odoo Sales Manager Role

QAID | قيد is an Odoo Partner focused on enhancing organizational efficiency and market reach through tailored solutions. The company aligns ERP and digital marketing strategies with business needs, employing a holistic approach that begins with in-depth client analysis. QAID utilizes web and app development alongside digital marketing expertise to enable intelligent business operations and brand strengthening. This is a full-time, on-site Odoo Sales Manager position based in Riyadh.

Role Responsibilities

The Odoo Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of Odoo ERP solutions and related services. Key duties include:

  • Identifying and qualifying potential leads.
  • Conducting discovery meetings to understand client needs.
  • Presenting Odoo demonstrations tailored to address client pain points and operational goals.
  • Preparing and presenting sales proposals.
  • Managing the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals in collaboration with technical and implementation teams.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management.
  • Monitoring market trends relevant to Odoo and ERP solutions.
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Providing feedback to enhance QAID’s service offerings and customer experience.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in Odoo ERP sales, including solution selling, requirements discovery, and demo presentation.
  • A solid background in B2B sales, account management, and pipeline management within the technology, ERP, or software solutions sector.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams (consultants, developers, implementers) to develop feasible and value-driven proposals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools for lead management, forecasting, and reporting, with a preference for Odoo CRM.
  • Understanding of core business processes (finance, operations, inventory, sales) and how ERP systems can optimize them.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and travel to client locations as required.
  • Prior experience with Odoo implementation partners or other ERP vendors is considered an advantage.

Essential Skills and Attributes

Successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfort with consultative selling approaches, including needs analysis, ROI discussions, and value-based positioning.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.
  • A self-driven, organized approach with the ability to meet sales targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh. The role requires the ability to work effectively within a team environment and travel to client sites as needed.
