About the Role

Naqarat is seeking an experienced IT Specialist with a strong focus on Odoo ERP systems. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role involves the comprehensive management, operation, and enhancement of the Odoo ERP system to align with the company's evolving needs.

Core Responsibilities

The Odoo ERP Specialist will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient functioning of the system. Key duties include providing essential technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues, and actively contributing to the development and improvement of operational processes within the ERP environment. This role demands a proactive approach to system maintenance and user assistance.

System Management and Development

• Oversee the continuous follow-up and implementation of various Odoo ERP modules.
• Analyze Odoo ERP requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Implement system updates and improvements in coordination with management.
• Ensure the correct implementation of all tasks and operations within the system.

User Support and Training

• Provide direct technical support to system users and effectively resolve related issues.
• Develop and modify reports for management as required.
• Train employees on the proper and efficient use of the Odoo ERP system.

Module Integration and Reporting

• Manage the follow-up and linkage of different Odoo modules, including human resources, sales, inventory, accounting, and purchasing.
• Extract necessary reports from the system and document them according to defined requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in IT, with a significant emphasis on Odoo ERP systems. A proven ability to manage and operate ERP systems, provide technical support, and implement system enhancements is essential. Familiarity with integrating various business modules within an ERP framework is required.
