The Role of Operational Excellence Lead

The Operational Excellence Lead will be central to the daily frontline activities, responsible for orchestrating seamless service delivery and managing real-time requests. This role involves ensuring the operational engine performs at peak efficiency as the company launches and expands. The successful candidate will contribute to building the foundational operational framework of a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and synchronize daily front-line workflows to ensure flawless execution of services.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and service partners, facilitating clear, professional, and timely interactions.
• Monitor all stages of the service journey to maintain high standards of excellence and efficiency.
