Oracle HCM Consultant

About the Role

Nexttec Technology Outsourcing is seeking an Oracle HCM Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM solutions for clients. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in the field.

Role Overview

The Oracle HCM Consultant will work with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM solutions. This involves designing, configuring, and implementing various Oracle HCM modules, as well as providing ongoing support and training.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and provide guidance on Oracle HCM implementations.
• Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
• Analyze and resolve system issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and test scripts.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver solutions.
• Stay informed on Oracle HCM product updates and industry trends.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle HCM modules.
• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle HCM modules.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
• Proven experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
• Experience with data conversion, interfaces, and reporting tools.
• Oracle HCM certification is considered an advantage.
