About the Role

Ethra For Human Resources Consulting is seeking an Oracle HCM Techno-functional Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) EBS modules for a large-scale government project. The role requires a blend of technical expertise and functional understanding to ensure seamless system operations and deliver effective solutions.

Role Context and Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for hands-on Oracle HCM implementation, system enhancements, and providing technical support, particularly within government-related projects. This involves collaborating with business users to gather requirements, designing robust solutions, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the system. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing technical and functional support for HR modules, including Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), and Core HR.
• Implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle HCM EBS modules based on business requirements.
• Handling daily support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolutions.
• Developing enhancements and automating manual processes within the Oracle HCM system.
• Creating and managing integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems.
• Collaborating with business users to gather requirements and propose effective solutions.
• Conducting functional and technical testing, preparing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, and supporting users during UAT.
• Developing reports and dashboards as required by business users.
• Ensuring proper documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
• Training end users and providing post-implementation support.
• Ensuring compliance with project governance, security standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in Oracle EBS HRMS and relevant project experience. Specific requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional roles.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS HRMS modules, including Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, and Performance Management.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications.
• Experience in Oracle EBS HRMS implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
• Experience with government projects is preferred.

Technical and Functional Expertise

The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in both the functional configuration and technical development aspects of Oracle HCM:

• Strong experience in Oracle HRMS configuration, including Fast Formula and Workflow.
• Strong technical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Interfaces, APIs, and integrations.
