About the Opportunity

Aventus is seeking three experienced Oracle Techno-Functional SMEs specializing in HR to join a client engagement. This full-time, on-site contract role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a duration of three months. The position is suitable for professionals with 5-10 years of experience ready to apply their expertise in Oracle HR systems.

Role Overview

As an Oracle Techno-Functional SME, you will serve as a critical link between HR business processes and Oracle technical implementation. This role involves providing comprehensive subject matter expertise across system configuration, troubleshooting, and database-level support within the Oracle HR landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Provide techno-functional support for Oracle HR modules.
Perform hands-on Oracle Database (Oracle DB) tasks, including queries, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with HR and technical teams to resolve system issues and optimize processes.
Support configuration, testing, and issue resolution across the Oracle HR environment.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience (5-10 years) as an Oracle Techno-Functional SME in HR/HCM.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database, including SQL, PL/SQL, and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of HR business processes within Oracle systems.
Solid knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

Work Arrangement

This is an on-site position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring full-time commitment for the entire three-month contract duration. Candidates must have immediate or short-notice availability and already hold an IQAMA.
