Overview of the Overseas Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with a strong background in overseas manpower recruitment, ideally within the manpower supply or workforce solutions sector. The role is critical in managing and optimizing our international recruitment operations to meet client demands effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end overseas recruitment operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with international recruitment agencies.
Lead overseas recruitment campaigns, interviews, and candidate selection processes.
Oversee visa processing, documentation, and worker mobilization.
Ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled within agreed timelines.
Monitor recruitment costs, agency performance, and hiring targets.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Qualifications and Experience

A strong background in overseas manpower recruitment is required.
