About the Role

Roche is seeking a Patient Journey Partner (PJP) to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role operates at the center of the organization, focusing on redefining Roche's societal role amidst rapid healthcare shifts and evolving stakeholder needs. The PJP functions as an empowered local leader, collaborating directly with ecosystem stakeholders to co-create patient-centric solutions.

Role Purpose and Context

The Patient Journey Partner role is functionally agnostic, deliberately eliminating traditional sales and commercial targets. The primary focus is entirely on delivering faster, better outcomes for patients and the broader health system. This position emphasizes bringing external perspectives into Roche and sharing Roche's expertise, science, and knowledge with the ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for transforming patient outcomes efficiently.
• Act as a trusted partner and the primary point of contact between stakeholders and Roche.
• Communicate patient and stakeholder community needs internally, prioritize resources, and drive solution delivery.
• Partner with patient journey stakeholders to address roadblocks and facilitate value delivery for patients and the community.
• Manage Roche’s products throughout their lifecycle and support their appropriate use, including truthful and balanced communication of their merits to healthcare professionals (HCPs).
• Oversee the entire patient journey, acting as a system thinker to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and co-create solutions.
• Leverage local and network expertise and resources as needed, including collaboration with other PJPs.
• Ensure positive experiences for stakeholders engaging with Roche employees, products, and services.
