MOBCO Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join its Human Resources Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time role. The company is looking for a professional with a strong background in payroll administration, salary processing, employee settlements, and Oracle ERP systems, particularly within the construction or contracting industry.

Role Overview

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the accurate and timely management of all payroll-related activities. This includes preparing and processing monthly payroll, calculating employee entitlements and deductions, and managing final settlements. The role requires ensuring full compliance with company policies and Saudi Labor Law, while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees using Oracle ERP.
  • Verify attendance records, overtime, leave balances, allowances, deductions, and payroll adjustments.
  • Calculate and prepare employee final settlements, including end-of-service benefits, leave encashments, and other employee entitlements.
  • Coordinate with HR, Administration, and Finance Departments to ensure payroll accuracy and timely salary processing.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, company policies, and payroll procedures.
  • Review salary changes, promotions, transfers, and employment status changes within the payroll system.
  • Generate payroll reports, settlement reports, and employee cost analysis reports.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve employee concerns in a timely manner.
  • Support payroll audits and ensure proper documentation of payroll transactions.
  • Monitor payroll data accuracy and assist in payroll system improvements and process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in payroll administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience working with construction or contracting companies.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Payroll System.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, payroll regulations, and employee settlements.
  • Demonstrated experience in salary preparation and employee final settlements, including end-of-service calculations.
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
