About the Opportunity

Dar Alamirat is seeking a dedicated Performance Media Buyer to join our Digital Marketing Management team in Riyadh. This full-time, on-site role is central to managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns for our e-commerce websites and applications, driving sustainable sales growth and enhancing overall performance.

Role Overview

As a Performance Media Buyer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your focus will be on achieving sales targets, optimizing ad spend, and ensuring precise measurement and tracking of all campaign activities to maximize return on investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital advertising campaigns across diverse platforms.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve optimal return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Conduct daily campaign optimization based on performance data and key indicators.
  • Implement continuous A/B testing for ads, audiences, and landing pages to identify best-performing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance results.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and calculation of sales and conversions across ad platforms, websites, and applications.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in data between various platforms.
  • Improve the quality of conversion data and events sent to advertising platforms.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze the complete customer journey.
  • Create custom audiences based on user behavior for effective retargeting and dynamic marketing strategies.
  • Set up dynamic product campaigns to showcase relevant products to customers.
  • Optimize the customer journey to increase conversion rates and minimize cart abandonment.
  • Prepare and present periodic performance reports, including recommendations and improvement plans.

Required Skills and Tools

Candidates must demonstrate proficiency and practical experience with most of the following marketing and analytics tools:

  • Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase Analytics
  • Meta Events Manager, Meta Conversion API, Snapchat Conversion API, TikTok Events API, Google Enhanced Conversions
  • Google Merchant Center
  • AppsFlyer or Adjust
  • Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar
  • Looker Studio
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce campaign management.
  • Proven experience managing medium to large advertising budgets.
  • Professional certifications in digital advertising or analytics are preferred.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with prior experience managing e-commerce campaigns for the beauty and personal care sector.

Performance Metrics

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to:

  • Achieve performance targets such as ROAS, CPA, and CPP.
  • Increase sales and revenue generated through advertising channels.
  • Improve conversion rates and overall performance across all platforms.
  • Ensure the accuracy of measurement, tracking, and conversion data quality.
  • Optimize retargeting strategies and dynamic product campaigns.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to achieve the highest possible return.
