The Opportunity: Planning Team Leader

We are looking for a dedicated Planning - Team Leader to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading the planning function for a major construction project, ensuring meticulous schedule development, monitoring, and control. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project delivery and stakeholder communication.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the planning team in all aspects of project scheduling and control.
• Review and analyze both baseline and revised project schedules to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Validate progress updates received from various project teams and identify any deviations or delays.
• Prepare comprehensive recovery plans to mitigate identified delays and maintain project timelines.
• Supervise and mentor planning engineers, fostering a high-performance team environment.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project status and schedule performance to project management and relevant stakeholders.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably within the construction sector. Experience in Saudi Arabia with healthcare, hospital, or complex building projects is highly preferred.
