About the Role

Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences is seeking a Plumber to join its engineering team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for maintaining the physical safety and functionality of the hotel property, contributing to a positive guest experience through diligent maintenance and prompt service.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas.
Respond promptly to guest calls and team member work orders.
Perform a variety of maintenance tasks across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry.
Conduct preventive maintenance inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address needs.
Document completed inspections and repairs, flagging issues that require further attention.
Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment, demonstrating expertise in VRF HVAC systems.
Maintain mechanical plant equipment and conduct daily inspections.
Monitor and control property temperature, and analyze energy and utility consumption.
Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and wiring.
Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems, fittings, valves, and related components.
Troubleshoot and repair water leaks, drainage systems, water supply systems, and other plumbing issues.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical power supply systems, control panels, relays, and electric water heaters.
