About the Internship

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support logistics and import operations. This involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth and efficient operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and current logistics records, including data on costs, shipment volumes, weights, containers, and operational delays.
• Organize and submit import data, ensuring adherence to relevant requirements and commitments.
• Support the development and finalization of operational dashboards.
• Process and monitor the payment status of customs broker invoices.
• Assist with licensing matters, including follow-ups and renewals.
• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows.

Qualifications and Experience

• Recent graduate with 0-1 year of experience.
• Motivated and detail-oriented individual.
