Role Summary

The Presales Consultant is responsible for translating complex business challenges into effective, high-impact Apple technology solutions. This involves direct engagement with clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our offerings, supporting the sales cycle from initial contact to deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to analyze business requirements and design tailored solutions utilizing Apple products, services, and enterprise software.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the capabilities and return on investment (ROI) of Apple technology.
• Provide technical insights, RFP support, proposal documentation, and training to internal sales teams on new product updates and go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with sales representatives throughout the deal lifecycle to convert leads into long-term enterprise customers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role.
• Expert-level understanding of Apple products, services, and their integration within corporate ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently.
