About the Role

Kingston Stanley is seeking a Principal Technical Consultant to join its high-impact consulting team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves delivering complex technology and digital transformation programmes for leading organisations across the region. As a Principal, you will play a key role in leading client engagements, shaping technology and digital strategies, and delivering large-scale transformation programmes, working closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end technology and digital transformation engagements, from strategy and design through to implementation and delivery.
• Advise senior clients on complex business and technology challenges, developing practical, high-impact solutions.
• Shape and deliver transformation strategies across areas including digital strategy, data & analytics, cloud, enterprise platforms, AI, and digital products.
• Translate business priorities and strategic objectives into technology-enabled transformation roadmaps.
• Lead complex analysis, develop insights, and present clear, compelling recommendations to C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Manage senior client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, technology, engineering, and transformation functions.
• Oversee programme delivery, governance, PMO activities, agile delivery, and change management initiatives.
• Identify transformation opportunities, assess organisational capabilities, and develop business cases and implementation plans.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to junior consulting team members.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal development, client presentations, and the identification of new opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 8–10 years of professional experience within management consulting, technology consulting, digital transformation, or a related environment.
• Proven experience leading complex technology and digital transformation engagements.
• Demonstrable experience advising and influencing C-suite and senior executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Previous experience within a leading management or technology consulting environment is highly advantageous.

Technical Expertise

• Strong expertise across one or more areas including digital strategy, data & analytics, AI, cloud transformation, enterprise platforms, ERP, or digital product delivery.

Essential Skills and Attributes

• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to connect technology investments to business strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong programme management and delivery capabilities, with exposure to agile and modern delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and commercially minded technology transformation professional with Oil and Gas experience. This role requires the ability to operate effectively at both executive and delivery levels, combining strong consulting capabilities with technology expertise, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to lead complex transformation programmes in demanding client environments.
