About Almarai and the Product Manager Role

This full-time Product Manager position is based in Riyadh. The role is designed for individuals with 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Product Manager will be responsible for maintaining brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications. This role involves managing a portfolio of products, ensuring consistency in marketing efforts, and providing support for analysis, planning, marketing plan development, and both internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing activities.
• Manage a portfolio of products, overseeing their market presence.
• Support strategic analysis and planning for product lines.
• Contribute to the development of marketing plans.
• Facilitate internal and external communications related to product marketing.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Trade Marketing, or Sales within a reputable FMCG company in the Middle East, or in Brand Management within a reputable F&B company.
• Previous exposure to brand management and product launches is highly preferred.

Required Skills and Capabilities

• Strong people and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis.
• Advanced presentation skills.
• Fluent in English.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. Almarai employs over 43,000 individuals across the GCC, Egypt, and Jordan, focusing on quality and nutrition.
