About the Role

Noon Academy is seeking a Product Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is focused on driving student learning success by refining the educational experience through product development. The role requires an entrepreneurial and student-centric approach within a fast-paced environment.

The mission is to enhance the physical classroom experience by integrating social, group-based learning and AI to improve engagement and learning efficacy. The ultimate goal is to provide every student with access to quality teachers, both virtually and through carefully designed physical spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage directly with students to gather insights that inform product direction.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and other functional teams to develop and launch new features.
• Measure the impact of product changes, collect user feedback, and implement iterative improvements.
• Experiment with new technologies to enhance student learning and engagement.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Possesses a deep understanding of Saudi culture.
• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit, evidenced by significant contributions as an early hire at a startup or by independently building projects from inception.
• Exhibits high empathy and emotional intelligence to connect effectively with customers.
• Strong analytical skills, capable of extracting meaningful insights from data lake tables.
• Driven and adaptable, with a proven ability to execute tasks efficiently and make informed decisions.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Riyadh. The Product Manager will regularly spend time at the Noon hybrid school to engage directly with students, understand their needs, and refine the educational experience.
