Role Overview

Elm Company is seeking a full-time Product Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to the management and continuous enhancement of digital products, requiring coordination across product requirements, operational readiness, technical enablement, and stakeholder engagement. The Product Manager contributes to ensuring product stability, supporting diverse deployment models such as White Label and On-Premise offerings, and facilitating collaboration between product and technical teams to deliver enhancements aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders and customers, supporting the preparation and prioritization of product backlogs.
• Assist in defining user stories and acceptance criteria, maintaining product requirement documentation and traceability.
• Coordinate with technology and operations teams to support product operational requirements and follow up on infrastructure, deployment, and environment-related dependencies.
• Support the resolution of operational issues impacting product performance and facilitate communication between product and technical stakeholders.
• Collect customer feedback and analyze business requirements, supporting product improvement initiatives based on market needs.
• Document emerging opportunities and customer expectations, contributing to product value proposition development.
• Track product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational performance indicators, supporting the preparation of performance reports and dashboards.
• Identify issues and improvement opportunities, contributing to continuous product improvement activities.

Product Enhancement and Deployment Support

• Support the planning and implementation of product enhancements and releases, tracking progress and coordinating required stakeholder inputs.
• Participate in testing and validation activities, monitoring implementation outcomes and collecting feedback.
• Support product readiness activities related to White Label deployments and assist in preparing operational and business requirements for On-Premise implementations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders involved in deployment and onboarding activities, monitoring implementation requirements and dependencies.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Documentation

• Maintain product documentation, user guides, and operational references, ensuring documentation reflects current product features and processes.
• Support knowledge transfer activities related to product capabilities and contribute to improving product information availability.
• Collaborate with sales, product, operations, and technical teams to support product objectives and assist in responding to stakeholder inquiries.
• Support workshops, meetings, and requirement gathering sessions, facilitating alignment between business and technical stakeholders.

Policy Adherence and Information Security

The Product Manager is expected to follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Compliance with all relevant safety, quality, environmental management policies, procedures, and controls is required to maintain a healthy and safe work environment. Additionally, adherence to all relevant information security practices and standards is essential to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Product Manager position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in product management, product operations, or a related technical coordination role, demonstrating a strong understanding of digital product lifecycles and deployment models.
