Product Manager

About the Role

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Digital Enterprise Solutions to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on managing product profitability, financial performance, and governance for digital enterprise solutions, requiring strong exposure to financial products and technical understanding of system integrations.

Role Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies. The position involves ensuring robust portfolio governance and monitoring key performance indicators to drive financial success within the digital enterprise solutions portfolio. Candidates should possess a background in banking, fintech, digital payments, transaction banking, or similar digital financial product areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor product P&L, revenue, costs, profitability, and margins.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, revenue targets, and conduct variance analysis.
• Coordinate product-related accounting activities, including accruals, provisions, reconciliations, revenue recognition, and cost allocations.
• Investigate financial discrepancies, revenue leakage, incorrect charges, and missing entries.
• Own product pricing structures, pricing reviews, profitability assessments, and client pricing proposals.
• Develop financial business cases for new products, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance standards, policies, SOPs, controls, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Risk, Compliance, Audit, Technology, and Operations teams.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and portfolio performance reports covering financial and operational performance.
• Highlight trends, exceptions, risks, financial impacts, and required actions to management.
• Assess financial, governance, and control impacts of technical/product changes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in product management, particularly within digital enterprise solutions.
• Strong exposure to banking, fintech, digital payments, transaction banking, or digital financial products.
• Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, transaction flows, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with digital banking architecture and system integrations.

Technical Acumen

Candidates must maintain a strong technical understanding of APIs, transaction processing, settlement, reconciliation, digital banking architecture, and system integrations to effectively manage product development and performance.

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
